About Me.

If I'm not frolicking through fields of flowers, hiking mountains, riding my bike, running through the woods, or laughing with children, then I'll definitely be in my studio whipping out my paint brush or tablet. Kids book illustration is my niche, but I also love anything having to do with nature, flowers, animals, people, and pretty much anything that captures my attention. Doodling in my sketchbook is my natural pastime. I also enjoy designing logos, play a little bit with photography, and painting landscapes.

I graduated from Virginia Commonwealth University, in December of 2015 with a BFA in Communication Arts. I've trained in illustration, graphic design, fine arts (watercolor, acrylic, ink, oils, graphite), Adobe Photoshop, InDesign, and Illustrator.

Throughout my work I seek to display my passion for child-like adventure, freedom, curiosity, and a little bit of playful humor. I usually incorporate nature, animals, and figures together to promote warmth and cheerfulness. I aim to capture those sweet sensitive moment of wonder and encourage others to slow down, and breath in the beauty surrounding them.
