This butterfly holds a special place in my heart. One of my childhood birthdays I received butterfly grow kit. I raised the caterpillars until the transformed into beautiful painted lady butterflies.

The painted lady butterfly is small (1.2-2.9 inches) but common butterfly is located in almost every continent!

The painting is 9x12 inches. Painted on watercolor paper, it was created using gouache, watercolor, ink and graphite.

It is sold unframed. If you would like to have it framed before shipping, please personally email me. With an additional fee, I’d be happy to do this service for you so it can be hung directly onto your wall.
