This series of work is meant to inspire adventure, promote diversity- and remember the precious moments of joy and peace we've encountered while outside.

Each work, is inspired by trails I've walked myself- either on my own or with others. As mentioned in my introduction to this series, I seek to promote diversity in my work- reflecting those who are not often represented in outdoor spaces. My hope is for everyone to be able to see themselves in this collection.

'Pink Cosmos' is a common wildflower in Colorado (and across most of the US). They bloom in various colors, including orange, red and yellow, white, and maroon. These ornate plants can reach 6 feet tall. They symbolize harmony, peace, and innocence.
