This is a print of a hand painted little painting is roughly 4x4 inches in size. It was originally made using graphite, colored pencil, ink gouache and watercolor paint. This print can be used as a wall hanging or whatever suits you!

This print is of blue oyster stocking mushrooms and a gypsy moth. These mushrooms are naturally found in the northern hemisphere (North America, Asia and Europe) and tend to grow in large clusters on stumps, logs and decaying trees. As they age, they change colors; going from a darker blue to a grey-blue as they mature. These mushrooms grow fast, depending on the amount of moister and sunlight they get. They also are edible, once cooked having a savory, earthy and sea-food like texture.
